As part of The Inn at Little Harbor located at 611 Destiny Dr, Ruskin, FL 33570, this private second floor Studio/Condo with designer touches throughout and private balcony is just a 2-3 minute walk to the beach and steps from the pool. With a Microwave, filter coffee maker and mini fridge. 2 luxurious Queen beds in beautiful island decor. Everything you could ask for in the perfect beach vacation rental! Community heated pool and hot tub, basketball court, playground! Patio for 2 with lush tropical landscape! The two on site Restaurants are just an easy walk away and even a tiki bar and live entertainment every night at Sunset Grill! JUST Get away and RELAX!

Wonderful Studio rental with two Queen size beds, also has microwave, mini fridge, plug in hotplate and coffee maker, just 2-3 minute walk from the beach and easy walking distance to two fantastic restaurants and bars, Hooks and with live entertainment every night at Sunset Grille. Relax under the palm trees, walk on the boardwalk, fish on the pier or take a charter fishing boat! This gated location has all the amenities and close to everything!

Combination lock door lock, Access all of the resort amenities. The pool and hot tub have childproof locks on the gates just reach over the top of the gate and pull up on the knob to unlock the gate plus free to walk the boardwalk, pier, restaurants, beach all steps away from the condo

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A SECOND FLOOR UNIT WITH NO ELEVATOR so if your mobility is compromised I would recommend renting one of my ground floor units, please contact me for availability

There is a small beach on the property, Bahia beach is accessible at all times and is part of the Little Harbor resort and located to the left (West side) of Sunset Grille restaurant. The studio itself is not directly on the beach but literally maybe 2 - 3 minutes walk away. Please note this is the South shore of Tampa Bay NOT the open Gulf for bigger beaches on the Gulf there is Sarasota beach or St Pete beach 50 mins away (and double the price ;)) 

There are two restaurants on property Hooks is right around the corner and is a casual diner/bar setting overlooking the river with great food. Sunset Grille is on the Tampa Bay side with a view of the sunsets and St Petersburg it has great food, a Tiki bar and live entertainment every night. If you want something a little more upscale Circles is a very nice restaurant about 10 minutes down the road in Apollo Beach

Uber and Lyft are available but sometimes long waits, i would recommend renting a car if you don't have your own. My cleaners daughter may also be available to give you rides if necessary, please tip her directly

This is part of a unique boutique community with amenities on the manatee river and Tampa Bay and Charter Fishing fleet. Please call the Marina directly to make boat slip reservations and charter trips, boat trailers are not allowed to be parked around the Inn but can be accommodated in the grass lot across from the Marina

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Please note your reservation is not finalized until payment is received by completing the credit card information request in the secure link that is automatically emailed to you. Booking.com requires me to collect payments manually. I cannot take "cash" on arrival as they suggest, payment must be made via a valid credit card and reservations will be cancelled if not received so as not to block the calendar for other guests, thankyou
