Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Please note your reservation is not finalized until payment is received by completing the credit card information request in the secure link that is automatically emailed to you. Booking.com requires me to collect payments manually. I cannot take "cash" on arrival as they suggest, payment must be made via a valid credit card and reservations will be cancelled if not received so as not to block the calendar for other guests, thankyou. I can also take payment via Venmo, PayPal, Zelle or CashApp
